Fee Refund Policy – VIIE
General Guidelines
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing to the admissions office.
- The college start date is defined as the official commencement date of the academic program.
- All refunds are subject to administrative and processing charges as outlined below.
- Fees paid towards application, registration, documentation, or services already availed are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

- No refund will be made for the GST or such other indirect taxes.
Important Notes
- No refund will be granted from Day 16 onwards after the college start date.
- The refund amount will be calculated after deducting the applicable charges from the total fees paid.
- VIIE reserves the right to modify this policy at its discretion. Any changes will be communicated through official channels.
- In case of disputes, the decision of VIIE management will be final and binding.
