The University of South Carolina Beaufort (USCB) is a public institution with three campuses in the scenic Lowcountry region. City Conditions
Bluffton is a charming town located in Beaufort County, South Carolina, United States. It’s situated in the Lowcountry region of the state, near the Atlantic coast and not far from Hilton Head Island. Bluffton is known for its historic charm, natural beauty, and unique character.
Housing
New students at USCB are required to live on campus unless eligible for an exemption. Move-in day details and housing forms are accessible through the StarRez portal. Each resident receives a mailbox, and packages can be picked up at the Housing Office. Summer housing is available for USCB and non-USCB students, with rates starting at $30 per night. Student employment opportunities as Resident Assistants (RAs) are open to eligible candidates with a minimum GPA of 2.50. RA responsibilities include community building, organizing activities, and providing support.

USCB Student organisation is dedicated to promoting various cultural aspects of the Indian Subcontinent, while building a cohesive and supportive community made up of undergraduate students, graduate students, professionals, and other community members.

- Students will be part of the Mumbai University Diploma during the first three years.
- Students will be taught all (Sem 1 to Sem 6) courses of The University of South Carolina Beaufort.
- Students who have completed the first three years of the Mumbai University Diploma program at VP can opt to transfer to the university of South Carolina Beaufort. Such students are accepted by the University directly into the 2nd year of Bachelor of Computational Science.
- Upon successfully completing the program, the students are awarded the Bachelor of Computational Science degree by the University.
