- During the First two years students will be a part of Mumbai University with VSIT under Bachelors of Management Studies Program.
- Students who have successfully completed the first two years of BMS program at VSIT can opt to transfer to the Saginaw Valley State University in the United States. Such students are accepted by Saginaw Valley State University directly into the 3rd year of Bachelor's of Management Studies.
- On successful completion of full 4 years program the student are awarded the Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) by Saginaw Valley State University.
